By registering to participate in the Fantasy Premier League (the “Game”) you agree to be bound by and to abide by the following the terms and conditions, and also of the 2022/23 Fantasy Premier League Terms & Conditions that can be viewed here
- The Promoter
The promoter is: DUAL Corporate Risks whose registered office is at 1 Creechurch Ln, London EC3A 5AF.
- The Competition
The title of the competition is DUAL Asset fantasy football league
- Applications and Registration
3.1 The Game will run from Friday 5th August 2022 to Sunday 28th May 2023 (Source https://www.premierleague.com/news/2646764)
3.2 You can sign up to the Game at any point during these dates.
3.3. To participate in the DUAL Asset fantasy football league you must register online on the Premier League website at www.premierleague.com or via the Premier League mobile application. Once you have registered an account, you must enter the code “may7ah” to join the DUAL Asset fantasy football league. No applications made in any other manner will be accepted.
3.4 Based on the scoring system of the Fantasy premier league, a leader board will be created with everyone who is taking part in the DUAL Asset fantasy football league. The top 3 places in the leader board will awarded prizes. These prizes are at the competition owner’s discretion and may change from originally stated on competition marketing materials.
3.5 To claim a prize you must be following the DUAL Asset LinkedIn page at the point of claiming.
3.6 The Promoter will not accept:
(a) responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
(b) proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
- Eligibility
4.1 The competition is open clients of DUAL Asset in England & Wales, who were emailed an invitation to join the game.
4.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4.3 The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
(d) photocopies and not originals; or
(e) incomplete.
4.4 There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
4.5 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
- The Prizes
5.1 There are 3 prizes available, awarded to the top 3 winners in the DUAL Asset fantasy football league at the end of the competition date. These places are automically generated by the Fantasy Premier League official website via a scoring system.
5.2 The prizes are outlined in the email sent from DUAL Asset inviting persons to join the game, but the prizes are at the competition owner’s discretion and may change from originally stated on competition marketing materials.
5.3 There is no cash alternative for the prize.
5.4 The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5.5. In order to claim the prize you must respond to the email notifying you have won within 168 hours
- Winner Announcement
6.1 The winner of the competition will be contacted directly by the Promoter.
6.2 The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry. The Promoter will not amend any contact information once the competition entry form has been submitted.
- Claiming The Prize
7.1 If you are the winner of the prize, you will have 7 days from the date of publication to claim the prize by following the procedure set out in condition 5.5. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
7.2 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.3 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
- Limitation of Liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Data Protection and Publicity
9.1 If you are the winner of the competition, the Promoter may contact you for consent to use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes. – if consent is required for any activity, we will seek such consent as appropriate and in accordance with our Privacy Policy..

9.3 By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition. Please see our Privacy Policy referred to above for more information.
- General
10.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
10.3These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
