Kate is an experienced commercial underwriter and manager of DAU’s executor and inheritance team.

Kate was responsible for developing a comprehensive inheritance product which includes missing beneficiary, missing will and will dispute covers amongst 13 other risks. It is the only product of its kind in the market.

Kate also specialises in insuring contentious probate issues where the distribution is being held up because of a known dispute or issue. DUAL’s policies can be an alternative to going to court and have been the solution for the aggrieved party in numerous PI claim cases, where mistakes have been made in will drafting.

Kate has 20 years’ experience in legal indemnities and her knowledge and experience in both real estate and probate matters are a great asset to the DAU team.

Lola joined DUAL Asset in November 2019 after studying Law LLB where she obtained a First Class Honours.

Throughout her time at University, she was involved in the Legal Advice Clinic giving her an insight into a wide variety of legal issues surrounding Housing Law. This was further developed by various legal placements within this sector, allowing her to put legal theory into relevant practice.

Lola has joined DUAL Asset as an assistant underwriter in the executor and inheritance team.
