New Starter in the Warsaw Office

DUAL Asset Underwriting are pleased to announce that our European team is expanding once more, with the addition of Emilia Binder. She will join our team in the Warsaw office, as a Transactional Insurance Underwriter responsible for the CEE and SEE region.

Emilia is a qualified legal advisor with over 10 years’ experience on the Polish market, having worked at the Warsaw offices of Beiten Burkhardt and Wolf Theiss, leading law firms in Germany, Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe. She specialises in real estate and construction law, with her main focus on spatial development, building and re-privatisation law. During the course of her career, she has provided comprehensive legal assistance covering real estate, civil, administrative and constitutional law in challenging, multilevel cases requiring excellent understanding of the complexity of legal issues regarding the legal status of real estate in Poland.
