WHAT ARE THE MAIN CHANGES?
The main change you will see when you log in is the ability to start new quotes for any UK jurisdiction for both residential and commercial properties irrespective of where you are located. We have also updated our email address, which will change to firstname.lastname@example.org.

The update will take place from 5:30pm on Friday 15th September until 11:59pm on Sunday 17th September.
CAN I USE THE WEBSITE DURING THE UPDATES?
No, when the update is taking place users will not be able to access the site. The website will be unavailable to users for this short period of time to allow the updates to be completed. We will ensure that this will be as short as possible and have limited to times over the weekend so there is minimal disruption.
WILL THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE WEBSITE CHANGE?
No. You will still start new quotes from the home page using the buttons at the top and the website will function exactly as it does now to produce your quotes and policies.
WILL I NEED TO USE A DIFFERENT WEB ADDRESS?

WILL I BE ABLE TO ACCESS ALL OF MY EXISTING QUOTES AND POLICIES?
