To register, simply go to the sign up page, click the 'Register' button and complete the required details. You'll receive an email from the service to validate your email address and activate your account.
When you order your policy, we will email both the policy document and an invoice for the premium, with instructions on how to pay. If your firm is set up with a monthly account by prior agreement, we will bill your firm by monthly statement.
If your enquiry is more bespoke or not available online, email us with the full details and copies of any relevant documentation. Office copies and a filed plan are always useful, but please feel free to call us to discuss requirements.
All documentation is sent to you by email - we do not provide paper copies of any documentation. If you need a paper copy, simply download and print from the service or the attachments emailed to you.
The limit of indemnity is £5m for a residential property transaction and £25m for a commercial property transaction. However, for any commercial contaminated land product, anything over £5m will be referred to our underwriters.
